We provide a one-stop facilities project management consultancy comprising
multi-discipline technical support from cradle to grave for major capital
developments regardless of end user technology.
The company development has been aided by a number of professional
consultants and advisers who provided support during start-up and have
demonstrated commitment to the growth of the company. Our consultants
experience has been gained on projects of all sizes throughout the world,
including the developing countries where cross-cultural influences and
tensions are in evidence.

2.1 TEAM ORGANISATION
Our organisation contains a project management team that has worked
closely together on many projects and experienced field workers capable
of multi-tasking. We are able to offer total flexibility
to clients through a combination of part traditional and virtual working
techniques, leveraging the convenience of the Internet.
Other points worth noting are as follows:
- our team includes technical specialists to address
each discipline, to be used on an ad-hoc basis.
- team members have a minimum of 15 years experience and are qualified
and experienced in line with e+p quality system requirements. All
personnel offered will have had experience of design, construction,
commissioning and operational facilities.
- our team includes specialists with the necessary authority liaison
experience with suitable gravitas to represent
the client in any discussions with statutory and regulatory authorities.
- e+p do undertake studies from our offices on the Southbank although
we can naturally provide in-house support if preferred.

Performance Indicators. This will ensure that the clients business
practises and operations are consistent with in-house standards and
procedures and local laws and regulations. HSE objectives can be fully

have the range of skills necessary to meet your challenges. All our
Process engineering staff are familiar with industry standard software
simulation packages (e.g. Hysis, Pipesim), or alternatively, can develop
adhoc systems, spreadsheets, databases, etc, as appropriate. e+p can
provide rapid, innovative solutions and have the capability to manage
your Process needs all the way from conception through to final commissioning.
Facilities Design
To complement our project management expertise, e+p provide multi-discipline
engineering support to fully define development options and prepare
design packages.
Our consultants are industry recognised professional engineers covering
electrical power, telecommunications, fire protection, mechanical, piping
systems, civil and structural engineering, safety and environmental
engineering and architectural fit out. We also provide construction
and installation supervision and management.
