A strong multi-disciplined Project Management Team (PMT) can be provided charged with management of your capital intensive Project.

The PMT will be made up of suitably academically qualified, experienced and industry recognised personnel. Team members will have had experience of design, construction, commissioning and operation of similar developments, senior management will have analogous experience in similar facilities.

Our PMT will fully develop the scope of your capital project, identify the best strategy design, design and build, or multi contract and then prepare and manage the bidding process ensuring that you get both value and best quality. Our staff have an extensive engineering library of data of past projects to call upon ensuring that the best techniques are employed for your project. Key personnel can manage, assist and undertake your feasibility and Front End (FEED) studies, lead your studies in-house later migrating to our offices for completion of these early studies, should you chose to proceed our staff can manage tour project either in house or at a contractors.

Team members will champion the Value Improvement cause in their facilitating role within the nominated Contractors, ensuring that your project value is never exchanged for cost reduction.

Project team members are expected to familiarise themselves completely with the project, country, culture and your requirements prior to commencement of detailed execution.

For taking an oil and gas prospect through to development Sanction, we promote the use of a staged and gated process, including all activities required for each stage to reach the approval gate and proceed to the next stage.

The process is backed up by checklists, which act as reminders for planning and completion checks, for all the various activities involved in an oil and gas development. Critical activities are then supported by procedures.
